Productized package
Automation Sprint
Reduce repetitive work and connect the steps or systems your operations depend on.
- Capture incoming requests. A person fills out and submits a sample inquiry as Alex Morgan at Example Services. These are fictional details; no request is actually submitted.
- Validate and organize data. The automation validates the name, email and required fields, checks for duplicates, and prepares a consistent record.
- Keep information organized. The same sample lead appears in a representative Notion table with status New and follow-up Pending. No private database is accessed.
- Notify everyone automatically. Creating the record triggers an acknowledgement email and one internal Slack notification. Both deliveries are simulated; a follow-up check is scheduled.
- Follow up only when needed. After a simulated interval, a person updates the Notion status to Contacted. The automation reads that status, skips an unnecessary follow-up, and records the outcome. Otherwise, it would send one follow-up.
- Make your tools work together. Requests are captured, records organized, the team notified, and follow-ups tracked across connected tools, with human oversight.
