Who is responsible
PolarCode Studio is responsible for the information described in this notice. For privacy questions, use the email address below.
Information you provide
The inquiry asks for your name, email address and a description of what you want to improve. Company is optional. We also receive the language selected for the form. Please do not send passwords, confidential records or sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to understand your needs, decide whether we can help and respond to you. Sending an inquiry does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Form processing and service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. A Pages Function validates inquiries and sends them through Resend to our inquiry mailbox, using Cloudflare Email Routing and Gmail. Brevo is used for ongoing emails, not contact-form delivery. This website does not maintain an inquiry database. These providers may process information outside your country.
Technical data and fonts
Hosting services may process IP addresses, request times and browser/network information to deliver and protect the website. The current site loads Manrope and Geist Mono from Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google to request them. The form endpoint does not deliberately log message contents or provider error response bodies. This does not mean providers keep no technical logs.
Retention
We retain inquiry content for 12 months. It may also be held by delivery and mailbox providers under their own retention settings. The website does not automatically delete inquiries; deletion procedures and any applicable legal exceptions are subject to review.
Questions and requests
Contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We will review the request and any applicable obligations. Please use the email address associated with your inquiry; do not include additional sensitive information.
Changes
We may update this notice when our website, providers or information handling practices change. Last updated: October 29, 2026.
Cookies and analytics
No analytics tracker is active in this deployment. If configured, the site uses Umami to count page views and referrers, package-interest links, project-inquiry CTA clicks, demonstration-project detail views, email-link clicks and successful inquiry submissions. Only fixed event names and public package/demo identifiers are sent; form values, message content, email addresses, URL query strings and fragments are not sent to analytics. Umami says its tracker code does not use cookies. Advertising pixels, heatmaps, session recording, fingerprinting and remarketing are not configured. If activated, Umami is self-hosted; its data retention settings must be confirmed before activation. No cookie banner is used while no non-essential cookies or consent-requiring tracker are active.
